The natural lens inside your eye is normally clear. With age — and sometimes due to diabetes, prolonged steroid use, or injury — it becomes cloudy. Light can no longer pass through cleanly, which causes blurred vision, glare, halos around lights, and fading colour perception.

We use phacoemulsification — a modern, minimally invasive technique where the clouded lens is broken up using ultrasound and removed through a micro-incision, then replaced with a premium intraocular lens (IOL). No large cuts. No stitches in most cases. Most patients go home the same day.

We use advanced biometry equipment to calculate IOL power correctly — because a millimetre of error in calculation means a lens that doesn't serve you well. This is as important as the surgery itself.
