Diploma and Masters in Ophthalmology from Dayanand Medical College, Panjab University. 35 years of active practice. Founded Roshan Eye Care in 2001. Life member of the All India Ophthalmological Society, Kerala Society of Ophthalmology, and Cochin Ophthalmic Club. Awarded Best Social Worker in Kerala (2001) by Care and Share — for providing free cataract surgeries, glasses, and medicines to over a lakh of people.

She has treated four generations of the same families. The woman who walked in as a young mother now brings her grandchild — and Dr. Roshan remembers them all.

Dr. Hema M Nair completed her MS in Ophthalmology from AIMS Kochi and MBBS from MOSC Medical College, Kolenchery. With over 11 years of experience in ophthalmology, she specialises in glaucoma management, OCT interpretation, visual field analysis, and comprehensive eye care. She has been serving as Senior Consultant Ophthalmologist at Roshan Eye Care Hospital, Thrippunithura, since 2017.

Previously, she served as Senior Resident at Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi, specialising in glaucoma and retina care. She is a life member of the All India Ophthalmological Society, Kerala Society of Ophthalmology, and Glaucoma Society of India, and has also served as NABH Quality Manager.

Dr. Gopal S. Pillai is a Senior Consultant Ophthalmologist and Vitreo Retinal Specialist with extensive experience in advanced retinal care and vitreoretinal surgery. He is currently the Professor and Head of the Department of Ophthalmology and Chief of Vitreo Retinal Services at Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences (AIMS), Kochi.

With over 19 years of experience in ophthalmology and retinal surgery, Dr. Gopal has played a key role in developing nationally recognized vitreo retinal services at Amrita Hospital. He regularly consults at Roshan Eye Care Hospital with prior appointments, offering expert evaluation and management for complex retinal and medical eye conditions.

His academic brilliance has garnered numerous research projects and scientific publications, reflecting his continued contribution to advancing ophthalmic education, retinal research, and patient care.
