For most of my life I had to live with thick glasses (-10.0 D in Right Eye, -17.0 D in Left Eye). I had an occult retinal detachment with one eye and other problems associated with highmyopia (now treated). Dr. Roshan told me that I should be realistic in my expectation due to limitation associated with IOL power determination in high refractive errors. Now, I have said goodbye to my thick spectacles and using a small -0.75 D power spectacle for distance vision.
